After weeks of travelling, training in Cairns, more training here, packing and unpacking many times…. Jason is today doing what we came here for! He is flying passengers around Arnhem Land!
On Thursday Jason had a day being observed and assessed by the chief pilot here, as he flew a normal scheduled day. He passed that assessment which means today he is flying solo for the first time in a long while.
I wonder if you’ve ever thought about a soundtrack for your life… I was pondering that this morning as our iTunes was playing an old worship song called “Hear the Hallelujahs ring” as Jason headed out to work. How appropriate! Hallelujah! Praise God! Is the cry of my heart today…
We are so grateful for all who have prayed for us, encouraged us, taught us and helped us in a million ways to reach this monumental day. Thank you for being part of this adventure with us.
